LDN RIDERS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Introduction

Welcome to LDN RIDERS, a cycling club based in London. By accessing and using the LDN RIDERS website, services, and products (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

Membership

To become a member of LDN RIDERS, you must be at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms. You may apply for membership by completing the online membership application form on the LDN RIDERS website. LDN RIDERS reserves the right to accept or reject any membership application in its sole discretion.

Rides & Events

LDN RIDERS group rides and events may be cancelled or rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

These may have minimum and maximum participation requirements, and specific route and pace requirements. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that they are capable of completing the ride or event in a safe and responsible manner.

Safety

LDN RIDERS group rides and events are conducted in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that their bicycle is in good working order and that they have all necessary safety equipment, including a helmet.

LDN RIDERS is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during a group ride or event. Participants ride at their own risk.

Membership Fees

Membership fees for LDN RIDERS are set by the club and are subject to change. Membership fees must be paid in full at the time of application. Membership fees are non-refundable.

Code of Conduct

As a member of LDN RIDERS, you are expected to conduct yourself in a respectful and responsible manner while participating in club activities and using the Services. You agree to follow all applicable laws and regulations while using the Services and participating in club activities.

Liability

LDN RIDERS and its members, officers, and volunteers shall not be liable for any injuries or damages sustained while participating in club activities or using the Services. By using the Services and participating in club activities, you assume all risks and waive any and all claims against LDN RIDERS and its members, officers, and volunteers.

Termination of Membership

LDN RIDERS reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time for any reason in its sole discretion. If your membership is terminated, you will not be entitled to a refund of any membership fees.

Privacy

LDN RIDERS respects the privacy of its members and will not share personal information with third parties without the member's consent, except as required by law.

LDN RIDERS may use member information to communicate with members about club activities and events.

Intellectual Property

The content and materials on the LDN RIDERS website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of LDN RIDERS and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use any of the content or materials on the LDN RIDERS website for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of LDN RIDERS.

Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Changes to These Terms
